He has been in the tourism industry for more than 12 years and has served as a tour guide and operations manager for 8 years for another travel agency prior to creating Furaha Tours & Safaris. His passion for traveling makes him exceptionally attentive to details. He always ensures that the quality of the company’s vision and products are not compromised at all times and that all signed contracts are thoroughly respected. For Delphin, each client is different.
No one would be better placed to advise in the tourism industry than someone who has extensive travel experience as a tourist. This is exactly what Evelotte brings to the team: her previous professional expertise in the business world as well as her rich experience of traveling around the world. She is the “outside eye” of the seasoned tourist and her valuable contribution allows us to continually improve to better meet our client’s expectations.
Before joining Furaha, he worked for another company in the tourism industry. His goal is to carry out all operations efficiently so that the customer is completely satisfied. He currently speaks Spanish, Portuguese, and English. He is also learning Italian to help customers in their native language and, in turn, the company. He enjoys learning new things and in his free time he likes to exercise and watch TV series, among other things.
Dealing with books is often seen as a tough profession but for our accountant, Joanna it is a passion. Her role is to provide financial information to management, in charge of all the financial transactions. Johanna worked for another agency prior to joining Furaha Tours & Safari in 2019. Johanna finds interest in novels and music in her spare time.
Having been in the tourism industry for well over 5 years prior to joining Furaha Tours and Safaris Team in 2019, Sunday has got what it takes to deliver the best quality service in the consulting department. Her combined personal and approachable qualities make it easier to satisfy the needs of our clients. Away from her office duties, Sunday often finds inspiration and motivation in paging different books and novels.
Kesina entered the Tourism sector in 2022, as a Reservationist and Consulting Assistant at Furaha Tours and Safaris. Since her inception, her hard work and dedication have proven to be valuable assets to the company. She is known for her kindness and approachableness in dealing with people. In her spare time, she finds joy in voluntary work and solitude in books and music as her get away hobby.
Meet our Mechanic, Moses. He Joined our Furaha Team in early 2020, bringing along his many years of experience in mechanical engineering. His passion and enthusiasm for cars and all their technical aspects are almost contagious. His duty is to make sure that all our cars are maintained to the best standard of quality and provide technical support in case of breakdowns.
We call him Zeacky, a man whose humor has become like an anti-stress in the office. Zeacky oversees all the logistics organization of the company. From cars to kitchen utensils, he makes sure everything is well maintained, repaired, and kept clean to the satisfaction of our clients. He joined our Furaha Team in 2019.
Meet Amash, our Camping specialized Tour guide. Since 2019, Amash who also is an excellent chef has been conducting unforgettable camping Safaris throughout Namibia and beyond its borders. His leadership skills make him an excellent guide for any adventurous Tours.
Guiding big group is his strongest specialty. Beware, Theo’s friendliness and warmth will get you quickly attached. From the individual attention he gives clients to the impressive organization of camping sites and lodges, Theo will make your 2 weeks safari in Namibia feel like 2 days. It is since 2018 that he is part of our Furaha family.
Often teaming up with chef Amakali, Aaron is a multi-skilled young man, a quality that makes him very appreciated on our camping safaris. He is a hardworking English speaking Tour Guide. Aaron is also an excellent cook, especially for smaller and personalized groups. Aaron joined Furaha family in 2018.
His smile will make you feel at home, and his humor makes you wish you could stay longer. The experienced Tour guide, Eddy is specialized in adventurous and wild trekking tours. His knowledge of the Namibian culture will make you appreciate a closer look at local customs and tribes. Eddy joined Furaha in 2017.
If you are looking for a family Safari, our Tour guide Alain will make your experience unforgettable. Specializing in family groups, he makes sure that all children feel included and participative in all various activities. For him, it is not about guiding only but it is about creating long-lasting memories with our clients. Alain has been with Furaha Tours since 2018.
Tate Christian is one of our seniors in the office. Working as one of our toughest drivers, he is also a great Chef, with lots of years of experience prior to joining Furaha. Despite being in his late 40s his burning desire to learn new things is always inspiring. Also thinking of ways to spice up evenings in campsites with our clients, he is currently learning how to play guitar. Tate Christian joined Furaha Family in 2016
We call him Tate “father”, for his fatherly attributes and personality. Tate Joseph joined Furaha tours and Safaris in 2018. His driving skills and cooking talents make him one of our polyvalent team members. Away from his duties at work, he likes spending time with his family.
Meet our professional camping chef, Amakali. He takes at heart your need for a healthy and delicious meal when camping throughout your journey with us. It is often not a surprise that clients fall in love with both his personality and his healthy foods. Part of his duty is to maintain all our kitchen utensils spotlessly. Amakali Joined Furaha in 2017.
